Ben Sommers is a painter & filmmaker based in Venice, CA.

Ben has worked on projects with filmmakers: Adam Somner, Paul Thomas Anderson, Martin Scorsese, Damien Chazelle, Steven Spielberg and The Daniels.

He had his first Solo exhibition, “Canyon Corners X Rivian” @ The Rivian Show room in Venice.

My work mostly focuses around the idea of exploration & mindfulness, often containing elements of reflection, humor and irony.

All around solid citizen and seventh grade metro-west baseball all-star, Ben has reached the pinnacles and trudged through the valleys of life’s artistic triumphs/failures.
